At Global Chain Management, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order and the conditions under which cancellations are accepted.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order before the product is shipped.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team with their Order ID and registered details.

Cancellation for Online Payments

If you cancel an order that was paid online through Razorpay, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.

Cancellation for Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can cancel the order before it is shipped without any charges.

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

When Cancellation Is Not Possible

Order cancellation will not be possible if:

  • The order has already been shipped
  • The product is out for delivery
  • The order has already been delivered
