Return & Refund Policy
At Global Chain Management, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
Return Eligibility
Products can be returned under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Product has manufacturing defects
Return Time
Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Invoice or proof of purchase required
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product is used or damaged by the customer
- Return request made after the return period
- Product purchased under special offers or clearance sales
